Our experience includes many of the worlds largest deployments for sporting and public venues. As the primary WiFi consultant for British Telecom’s Open Zone public WiFi deployment, we recently helped deploy over one thousand access points across nine major venues for public access by millions of prospective users.

We specialize in reducing project delivery risk. To achieve this for British Telecom, we applied our hands-on experience to not only detailed design reviews, but also improving process flows, delivery streams, rapid sourcing of critical network components, internal and external alliances, contractor evaluations, and sourcing of high end engineering talent. See our Services page for more details.

We have extensive hands on experience in major deployment high density WiFi designs, contractor selection, design assurance, end to end testing, site complications such as physical security, limited access, complex contractual obligations, and strategies for schedule recovery.

Neil Reid & Associates have extensive experience in many other major WiFi deployments such as the 2004 and 2010 Super Bowl, the 2010 World Series (San Francisco), numerous college stadiums, regional retail super warehouses, nuclear power plants, shipyards, hospitals, and major outdoor venues.

We know “big”, and our extensive hands-on experience can help you deliver projects of immense scale as well as medium sized projects such as hospitals, entertainment venues, and temporary major venues such as sporting events, and major outdoor gatherings.
